Bauerfeind acquires License for target Idea Management

Since the very beginning, the specialists at Bauerfeind have worked closely with physicians, scientists, and researchers. The result: Patented award-winning products and services with “made in Germany” quality.

Through continuous innovation, the company, located in the town of Zeulenroda in eastern Germany’s state of Thüringen, holds its own in the marketplace – and is growing internationally. The newly implemented idea management system plays an important role. Bauerfeind uses its idea management program to capture the creativity and know-how of all of its employees. Proposals for minor improvements and ideas are discussed directed with management or sent to executives through a workflow. Bauerfeind relies on a fast and unbureaucratic process throughout.
