Volkswagen Navarra S.A. selects "target Idea Management”
The factory grounds of Volkswagen Navarra S.A. are situated in Pamplona in northern Spain. Volkswagen Navarra S.A. has about 4.000 employees. The Pamplona plant is where the Polo is manufactured.
Volkswagen Navarra S.A. decided to buy a license of “target Idea Management” to support the idea management process. The implementation project is to start in the beginning of 2008.
On the decision to select the solution from target, Ana Amatriain, head of Information Systems for Finance, Human Resources and Logistics at Volkswagen Navarra S.A, stated:
“Our strategic IS policy is based on SAP, therefore it was obvious for us to investigate the offer from target. At Audi in Germany we could convince ourselves that the solution from target has been used there for several years with great success. Our processes in Idea Management are indeed different, however the software from target is very flexible and can fulfill also our requirements. In the future our employees, managers and reviewers will submit, analyse and decide on ideas using target Idea Management over the company intranet.”
