REHAU Implements "target Idea Management" Globally


REHAU, a a leading premium brand of polymer-based solutions for the construction, automotive, and manufacturing industries, has more than 14,000 employees in 170 locations working towards the growth and success of its corporate group.
 Idea management is an important element keeping REHAU ahead of the competition as a developer of innovative products. Implementing idea management software is empowering the ideas of REHAU employees even further.

Helmut Kirchhof, head of idea management at REHAU, explained the company's decision to implement the target Idea Management solution: "As an internationally operating company, we were looking for a solution that could be implemented worldwide and that would meet the needs of individual countries, as well as be able to be coordinated centrally. An important aspect in our decision was the tight alignment with the release versions of SAP Human Resources software. This simplifies payroll and makes the target Idea Management future-proof." 

In an initial step, the idea management software is implemented in REHAU plants in France, before commencing rollout to employees in Germany, central and southwest Europe (including the Iberian peninsula), in English speaking countries and in Russia. Finally, the software is also planned for implementation in North America, Southeast Asia and South America.
