SAP Implements target Tool for Idea Management
Walldorf, Germany For more than four years, the intranet version of target software solution for idea management has been successfully implemented in countries around the globe at SAP. Previously, the focus of idea mamanagement at SAP was on the realization of ideas submitted for internal processes and ways to improve and make more efficient the tools to do. In a next step, idea management will also be used for submitting and evaluating business ideas. After successful valuation, business ideas will be run in small pilot studies and then evaluated whether they fulfill the business case as set forth when the idea was submitted. As a result, SAP is using the target tool for the first time to record, process, and manage innovative product ideas.
